Business Performance in 2010-2011

March 31st brought our 2010 - 2011 fiscal year to an end, and with it we close another year in our history! And I might add, one of the most demanding. It was “The” year of change. The past year we had an Annual Net Turnover of 90 Crores which is a growth of 23% from 2009-2010 and we are on schedule for a minimum growth of 25% in the year 2011-2012.
GOAL 2011-2012

Our highest management priority is to establish a corporate structure that ensures a profit while we develop and commercialize advanced technologies, strengthen our business with customers and take prompt action to respond to the market shift toward value added products.

By “Good Products” we mean to embody customers’ wants and needs in reliable products using Remsons unique technologies, knowledge and ingenuity.
Such good products must be delivered with speed without making our customers wait, and at affordable prices which make our customers happy with their purchase.

This is the direction Remsons will take.
In order to provide good products with speed, affordability and on time delivery concrete measures will be taken with a focus on the following three core areas:

1) Advancement of Technologies
2) Strengthening of the manufacturing system and capability
3) Strengthening of business operations with customers and vendors
In today's world of changing technologies, it is very important for every organization tokeep abreast with new technologies. Towards this end, Remsons is now investing heavily in new technologies and R&D facilities especially in the form of latest software oriented designs and in-house product development. This has not only improved product quality but has also accelerated production. We are also making capital investments in the form of latest machines with higher capacities to meet the growing demand. The company is also taking all steps towards cost cutting to improve the profitability. With increased capacities, wider acceptability and expanding markets, the future outlook of the company appears very promising.

Environment Sustainability

We are sensitive to the fact that issues concerning the environment can potentially impact our business. With growing concerns of climate change and rising fuel prices, customer preferences are gradually shifting towards friendly and fuel efficient cars. We are also aligning ourselves to this. At Remsons we are moving in the direction of Environment friendly materials on our products and reducing the weight of the parts by using better technology to drive better fuel efficiency on the vehicle and life of the part.After all, sustainability means running the global environment - Earth Inc. - like a corporation: with depreciation, amortization and maintenance accounts. In other words, keeping the asset whole, rather than undermining your natural capital.

Social Sustainability
In a small way we are contributing to the inclusive growth agenda of the government of India. We have committed to continually donate over the next 4 years to Educational institutions for the welfare of children. Education is the movement from darkness to light. At Remsons we believe there is only one Education, and it has only one goal: the freedom of the mind. Contributing to Educations is contributing to tomorrow. It only appreciates.
We tend to forget that happiness doesn't come as a result of getting something we don't have, but rather of recognizing and appreciating what we do have.”
